Heartlynks India provides digital platform, implementation, onboarding, support, and related services for NGOs, trusts, institutions, communities, and other organizations in India.

1. General Delivery of Services

Our services are primarily digital and may include:

  • website setup and onboarding
  • campaign / donation page setup
  • dashboard access and software activation
  • donor / event / communication tools
  • implementation and training support
  • subscription access and account configuration

2. Onboarding Timelines

Standard onboarding or account activation generally begins within 2 to 7 business days after:

  • successful completion of required payment;
  • receipt of onboarding details and required documents;
  • KYC / verification information, where applicable;
  • internal review and acceptance of the organization / customer profile.

3. Subscription Activation

Subscription access is generally activated after successful verification, payment confirmation, and internal setup. Timelines may vary depending on the plan selected and the completeness of information provided by the customer.

4. Custom Setup / Implementation

Custom implementation, configuration, campaign setup, branding work, training, or other premium services may require additional time depending on:

  • project scope
  • volume of content / data to be uploaded
  • customization requirements
  • third-party integration requirements
  • responsiveness of the customer / organization

Specific implementation timelines may be communicated separately by email, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

5. Delays

Service activation or delivery may be delayed if:

  • required KYC or onboarding documents are not provided;
  • payment is incomplete or under review;
  • content, campaign information, logos, documents, or approvals are delayed by the customer;
  • the account is flagged for compliance, fraud prevention, or verification review;
  • third-party provider issues affect activation, including payment gateway or hosting dependencies.

6. Event / Campaign Pages

Event pages, fundraising campaigns, and donation pages may require separate setup and review depending on complexity, campaign content, compliance checks, and supporting materials submitted by the customer.

7. No Physical Shipping

As our services are primarily digital, no physical shipping is generally involved unless expressly agreed for printed materials or other offline deliverables.
