For India operations, the Platform is operated by Zetak HR Solution Pvt Ltd as the authorized India master franchise and implementation partner for Heartlynks. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

- organization name
- role / designation
- address and billing details
- KYC / onboarding documents
- support requests and communications
- donor details entered by you or your organization
- campaign, event, and content data uploaded to the Platform
B. Payment / Transaction Information
When a payment or donation is made through the Platform, we may receive transaction-related information such as payer name, email / phone number, amount, payment ID / transaction reference, payment status, and billing details, where provided.
We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or similar sensitive payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay and partner banks.
C. Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referral URLs, pages visited and usage patterns, timestamps, cookies and similar technologies, and error logs and diagnostic information.
D. Information from Organizations / Admins
If you access the Platform through an NGO, trust, institution, employer, or organizer, we may receive your information from such organization in connection with donations, event registrations, volunteer signups, memberships, or account creation.

- create and manage accounts
- provide websites, donation pages, campaigns, CRM, event, and communication services
- process onboarding, support, implementation, and subscriptions
- facilitate donations, event registrations, and payment processing
- send transactional emails, invoices, receipts, reminders, OTPs, and service notices
- respond to support requests and grievances
- improve Platform functionality, performance, and security
- detect fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, and unauthorized access
- comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, payment, and law enforcement obligations
- generate reports, analytics, and operational insights
- communicate service updates and relevant product information, subject to applicable law
3. Payment Processing
Payments on the Platform may be processed by Razorpay or other authorized payment providers. Payment-related information may be shared with such providers only to the extent necessary to process payments, verify transactions, manage refunds, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Razorpay's own merchant and buyer-facing policies explain that payment processing and related information are handled subject to their terms and privacy framework.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- payment gateways, banks, and financial service providers for payment processing, refunds, settlements, and compliance;
- cloud hosting, analytics, messaging, email, SMS, CRM, and IT service providers who help operate the Platform;
- listed NGOs / organizations / event organizers where you donate, register, sign up, or otherwise interact through the Platform;
- auditors, accountants, legal advisors, and compliance consultants;
- regulators, law enforcement, courts, or government authorities where required by law or to protect rights and security;
- Heartlynks and affiliated platform entities to the extent necessary for platform operations, support, technology administration, and business management, subject to applicable safeguards.
We do not sell personal data to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing use.

8. Organization Responsibilities
If you are an NGO, trust, or organization using the Platform, you are responsible for:
- collecting and using donor / volunteer / user data lawfully;
- obtaining necessary notices, permissions, and consents where required;
- ensuring that uploaded data was lawfully collected and may lawfully be processed through the Platform;
- not using the Platform to unlawfully collect, disclose, or misuse personal information.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information held by us by writing to zetakhrsolution@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on such requests and may retain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
